The Food was
tasty, exciting and down to earth, on January 25th, with a wonderful Italian Antipasto. A
little drizzle of extra-virgin Olive Oil and a splash of Modena Balsamic vinegar
will be just right! We dredged hand made breads in extra virgin olive oil and
Modena vinegar and sampled the plentiful Italian meats of Cappiocola,
Prosciutto, Salami and
Mortadella - plus Buffaletta Mozzarella flown in from Italy! Just like
every class held!
There is plenty more where that
